Can I cancel or change a reservation?

Yes, you can cancel a reservation 48 hours in advance without charge. After this time, 15% of the total amount will be charged. Reservations can be changed 24 or 12 hours before departure. For delays or cancellations of planes, the modification is possible without delay.

What are the consequences if my plane is late?

If your plane is delayed before you take your flight, you will have to inform our service. And if you were already in the air, our service will check your plane and our driver will be there when you arrive.

How do I recognise my driver?

Our driver will be in front of the arrival doors with a sign bearing your name and the company name.

Do you have child seats?

All our vehicles are equipped with baby seats. And for children under 3 years old, please specify in the comment to equip the vehicle with child seats adapted for children under 3 years old.

Are the vehicles non-smoking?

All our vehicles are non-smoking.

I have forgotten a personal item in one of your cars, what should I do?

You must contact our customer service and your belongings will be sent to you by post at your expense or you can collect them after making an appointment with our customer service.

How do I get a receipt for a trip I have taken?

You can request an invoice from our driver and if our driver does not have an invoice anymore, you will make a request by mail and receive an invoice by mail.
